Just Cause 2 is a decent action game with a sub par story line. The creators made well over 300 locations to visit and throw over the corrupt government. Sadly, after only two-dozen locations I was already bored, the game offers nothing new except a desire to claim the trophies and upgrade weapons.
A better choice, rent the game for 1 week.

I bought this game after playing the demo, which I really enjoyed. The actual game is even more fun. As an example, yesterday, I stole a plane, drove a bus into a fuel depot, and flew a helicopter into a building. I find myself laughing sometimes as this game is so cool and fun. The graphics are good. If I had to say anything negative about it, it would be having to go back to an autosave section after you die (I learned I cannot fly a plane or a helicopter). If you're looking for a good time with a lot of action and cool unlimited movement, this is it!!

Well i must say that Just Cause 2 has become one of my favorite games as of lately! The fact that it is a sandbox game like Red Dead Redemption or like Grand Theft Auto is awesome, all three of which i bought on Wavee for under $20! I love being able to run around freely ona giant map and blow stuff up...there is so much you can do in this game that it never gets old...new guns are everywhere, different cars are everywhere, and there are like 20 different ways to kill people! I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that if it werent for all of the cool missions in the Grand Theft Autos..i would say that Just Cause 2 is better...running around killing people is a lot more fun in this game because there are so many things to do! There are even helicoptors that you can steal..fully equipped with mini guns and missiles..TONS of Fun

-the scenery in this game is UNBELIEVEABLE!! esp if you have an HDMI cable! the mountains and water look insanely realistic

-the controls are good. way more fluid than GTA games but sometimes i forgot which buttons did what and it got me killed, but that stopped after playing the game long enough.
